Realising that the original program was becoming dated even at its young age, Jane revised the choreography in the original Workout and released this video. 


The New Workout is split in to two parts:

1. A 35 minute Beginner's class with 12 minutes of aerobics. Waist work, arm work, flexibility and just enough floor work (you get a good stomach, leg, hip and buttock workout, but don't feel too tired) 

2. A 55 Minute Advanced class with 16 minutes of intense aerobics. Extensive waist and arm work. With a in depth floor workout which really goes the distance.
